Filip is an expert in international real estate acquisition and development.

Filip has an academic background in architecture, urban planning, business management, and real estate. He started his career working as an architect and urban planner, and subsequently built his professional path in both private and listed real estate development and investment companies.

Before founding Lemon Group, Filip served as Director at EY, where he was responsible for the real estate activities in Belgium.
