Mouscron (BE)

We are currently preparing the building permit application for the redevelopment of the 5.6 ha site of the former Jean-Baptiste de la Salle boarding school (1908–1984) into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood.
The design process is ongoing, aiming to deliver around 75 homes, 7,000 sqm of mixed facilities, 20,000 sqm of industrial space, 3,500 sqm of offices, and supporting hospitality.
High-quality architecture and generous buffer zones will ensure a harmonious integration with the natural and urban context.

Preparation of the permit application has started. Submission is expected in Q3 2025.
