We are developing 81 residential units in three medium-rise towers, featuring a 150 sqm co-working space, 129 outdoor parking spots, bike storage, and car-sharing facilities.

Set in a lush urban forest, the project is close to city amenities, the center, and major roads.
The design preserves healthy trees, guided by a thorough phytosanitary study, with a landscaping plan that respects the site’s natural beauty and environmental integrity.

The permitting process is currently underway, with approval expected by early fall 2025.
